Conceived as an integrated commercial hub, the development efficiently optimizes its compact site footprint by accommodating an artisanal pastry shop, an intimate coffee shop, flexible lettable spaces, and an exclusive covered rooftop lounge that takes full architectural advantage of the surrounding waterfront views.
